The Dexter is the perfect place for large groups. Sleeps 18 people. 9 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, an outdoor shower, private patio, 2 decks, grill, lots of onsite parking, chef's kitchen, w/d, and 6 living rooms. Vehicle reservation included for guests who book July 5-11th 2026. Beautiful mansion for multiple families or couples or a whole crew to vacation together right downtown. Accepting bookings for summer 2027. We book Saturday to Saturday in July and August. The space Each of our 9 bedrooms features unique design and furnishings. Guests enjoy our numerous lounges and common areas, giant kitchen, wrap-around porch, patio, and yard. Several of our bedrooms have views of the harbor. Guest access Guests will have the entire house and access it with a lockbox.
