Bayfront Home near LBI

Our rentals are Friday to Friday - preferred. This house is on Mallard Island in Manahawkin, across the bay from Surf City on Long Beach Island. Discover the secret of Mallard Island, bounded by a Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge it has peaceful and quiet surroundings, perfect for a vacation. It is a short 5 min. drive over the causeway to the sandy beaches and the action on LBI. There are spectacular views from just about all sides of this house. Linens are not included with this house. The space The house is small but with lots of charm. Perfect for two couples looking for a getaway or a small family. There is a Queen size bed in the master bedroom, a double bed and kids bunks in the 2nd bedroom, and a pull out couch in the living room. One full size bathroom with walk-in shower. Guest access It is a house, the guest has private access to the entire house and property. Other things to note We prefer to rent Friday to Friday to allow travelers to avoid the Saturday shore traffic. The ability to get to the beach Saturday morning instead of sitting in traffic is a big bonus of this property. There is no smoking or pets allowed at this property. The minimum age of the primary renter is 25 and must be on site for the entire stay. No guest may be on site, under the age of 21 without a parent present.
