Half of the community was affected by the fire, and there is no longer a clubhouse. However, the community is well-maintained, not crowded, and the conveniently located pool next to our condo is fully functional. Finally, one of the most underrated benefits of Puamana’s location is the weather. Puamana is on the leeward side of the island, so if there is ever rain or wind, we are the last place it shows up, and the first place it leaves from. It’s not uncommon to have sunshine and a calm breeze in Puamana, while just five miles north Kaanapali Beach is raining and blustery.
