The property is located at 1500 feet so on average it's about 6 degrees cooler than at sea level. It's very comfortable for sleeping, and not as chilly as closer to the volcano. Thalia was my golden retriever who taught me more about life than I thought was possible from an animal. She smiled through it all, and every day was better than the day before.
