Quiet cabin located on 8 acres of timberlands in Northwest Montana. 20 minutes to Eureka/Rexford and 15 minutes to Abayance Bay. Boat parking on property. Enjoy an outdoor concert at the marina and have a place to relax after. Pet friendly but please know there is wildlife in the area. Four burner gas grill and firepit area to enjoy in the afternoon and evenings. Close to rock climbing, hiking trails, little lakes and ATV trails. Kalispell is 75 miles south for additional fun and activities. Bedroom loft has a queen sized bed and full bathroom. ** there is AC in the loft as well now** Dedicated office space with fiber internet (51 Mbps as tested )and additional monitor. Living room has twin bed over full-sized futon with television, DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Kitchen has fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot, and convection oven. Various sized pots and pans as well as cookie sheets. Bathroom on main level has shower. Full sized washer and dryer are just outside in the little shed ( we do provide bleach and laundry pods). Guests may use washer and dryer. We allow dogs in the cabin, please do not let on the bed upstairs or leave unattended if they are barkers. There are blinds and black out curtains on all windows downstairs and in bedroom area upstairs. The air conditioner is in the downstairs window and pre-set to 68 degrees. Please do not leave A/C running if you have windows and doors open. Host is on-site should issues arise. There are dogs on this property as well. They are friendly and well trained. Getting to the cabin is all on county roads. Maps apps are accurate with directions on how to get to cabin. Once there, the driveway is a dirt road that leads to the cabin. Parking area is open around cabin. Please do not park next to trailer. Owner will be on-site. Host will be in trailer should an issue arise. There are a few "neighbors" but mostly you are in the woods away from everyone. Ample parking on site, just please do not park next to the trailer. That is the host spot. Easily accessible as you drive up the hill and turn off into our driveway after three big bends. It will be on the left hand side. We do allow dogs but there will be a limit of three dogs. (No cats, please). Please clean up after your dogs inside and outside of cabin. No smoking in the cabin please. If you smoke outside please clean up after yourself. ***current fire restrictions do not allow smoking outside, must be in vehicles only. No campfire allowed while fire restrictions are in place**DVDs and all items in the house have been inventoried, if missing or damaged upon checkout inspection, replacement fee will be charged.
