Eagles Nest

This is an efficiency studio on the ground floor of a quadplex on Greek Row. The building itself is otherwise occupied by me (your host) and long term tenants who are pretty good about keeping the noise down. The building does back up to a frat house and noise levels can fluctuate depending on what they have going on. The space You will have an off street parking spot just steps from the front door, please only occupy 1 parking space to ensure all tenants have a spot. Once you’re in, the space is all yours. Guest access Though Cheney is small, this location is very central. Walking distance to most restaurants and bars and half a block from EWU. Spokane airport GEG is a 23 minutes drive. Other things to note There is no on-site laundry, however there is a laundromat a few blocks away.
