Quiet relaxing second floor space in semi-secluded house. Located Only 1.5 miles from EWU, 20 minutes (about 17 miles) from Spokane and less than 10 miles—about 20 minutes from Spokane International Airport. The space We have a one-of-a-kind house. Guests have said it is beautiful. At the same time it is comfortable and lived-in. We have lots of outside space as well. Guest access Access to all of 2nd floor with the exception of the other guest room and the office which is marked “private”. Access to hot tub. This is a shabby chic soaking tub. We love it and use it almost daily. It does not have adjustable jets. Check with me on availability of laundry room and machines. We will work to accommodate your needs. Access to the yard Check with me on access to deck and patio During your stay I generally greet my guests as they arrive and frequently as they come and go-- when I am here. Beyond that it varies, depending on my schedule and the guests schedules. I try to be accommodating to the level of interaction preferred by the guest. Other things to note The water here is on a well and it is excellent tasting water. The bathroom has an on demand water heater. It takes a while to get the water hot and, against my sense of logic, the water heats faster if you run the water—both hot and cold—in the shower AND the sink until it warms up. After it warms up there is plenty of hot water. The TV/DVD setup is not connected to cable but you can access your netflix account using it. We also have a large variety of dvds you can use—two cases in the tiny “living room/kitchenette area. There is a kitchenette, with microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The main kitchen in the house is not included—is not available for guest use.
