Enter from the hallway into the studio where you will find a well-appointed coastal beach decorated room with queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, bar table and stools, dresser, TV, air conditioner and kitchenette. Note: Islander at the Beach is not zoned for a full kitchen, so there is no stove or oven. Guest access Guest has full and exclusive access to the condo. No shared spaces inside the condo or lanai. The grounds at Islander at the Beach is shared with other guests at the pool and BBQ grills. The public beach is rather quiet and doesn't really attract locals or outside tourists (other than current guests). The beach is a 59-second walk from the patio door to the sand! Other things to note Blue Ocean Breeze vacation rental is a PRIVATE OWNERSHIP property. As such, guests can by-pass front desk check-in or standing in line. Guests will not be subject to daily Aston Resort fees! However, guests do not have access to the Aston laundromat or daily coffee service, beach towel service, etc. offered by the hotel.
