*no renters under 25 or senior week!* The perfect beach getaway for family and friends! This single family home is located 1 block from the beach and boardwalk in beautiful Wildwood, NJ! The property has everything you could want with 5 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, dining table and open style living room. Upstairs has an added loft area with two futons and a second television. Outside has room for 2-3 parking spaces, a picnic table, and beach chairs for use. The space We have beach chairs and accessories available for our guests to use. The house has central air conditioning. We have wifi and basic cable channels The upstairs TV also has a firestick. In peak season- rentals are Sunday-Sunday. 95% of rentals in the area are Saturday-Saturday. This schedule allows us to thoroughly clean the home and helps guests avoid major traffic.
