The Master Bedroom Suite is over 400 square feet with ocean views from the King bed and a private lanai perched on the third floor. The two bedrooms on the second floor have King Beds. There are AC units in each bedroom. The second Floor Kitchen, Dining and living rooms are open with vaulted ceilings and ocean views. The second-floor lanai is spacious with sweeping views of the white sand beach and the entire North Shore from Haleiwa to Waimea Bay and all the way to Turtle Bay. This home has private entrance and designated patio areas in the yard with tables and BBQ. The Driveway has ample parking for multiple vehicles. The home has direct ocean front access with miles of white sand beach stretching in either direction. I do not live on the property. I have on-island hosts who live nearby and are available to assist guests at any time. Waialua is a quiet ocean front town just two miles from the Historic Harbor Town of Haleiwa. This home is on a quiet cul de sac with multi-million dollar ocean front homes on either side. Most guests rent a car but their are also other ways to get around. There is a bike path that goes from the house directly into Haleiwa. There is also excellent public transportation with a bus stop nearby. Rental Rates vary based on the time of year with the lowest rates in the fall and spring. There are discounts for longer multi-month stays with our best rates for 6 month or longer stays. Holiday and summer rental rates are higher than the standard nightly rental rates and will be quoted upon request.
