Spooner Inn - short walk to beach and restaurants

This house has a lot to offer. It is spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master has an en-suite with a jacuzzi and there’s a private balcony with ocean views. A private back yard with a deck and grill for barbecuing and a sunny deck out front. There’s a playground across the street and it’s just a short walk to the restaurants, beaches and shopping. Although this is listed as “entire house” Steve and I live in the basement apartment with 2 dogs and there is no shared space. The space Marshfield is a great little beach community. It’s just a short walk from the house to Ocean Bluff and Brant Rock beaches, restaurants and shops. There are walking and biking trails, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, playgrounds, and a boat launch for kayaking or canoeing. The Brant Rock esplanade has a little bit of something for everyone. A short drive to historical Plymouth Harbor where you could do a whale watch, see the Mayflower replica, museums and lots of shopping. Easy access to the Cape Cod Canal. Guest access You will have access to your own front and back decks and a fenced in yard with a grill for barbecuing. The left side of the shed has beach chairs and a beach buggy and Adirondack chairs and tables for outdoor use. A short walk or drive to nearby Peter Igo park. The park offers a wide variety of outdoor activities including pickleball and you can rent a kayak or canoe to explore the Green Harbor River.
