Welcome to our ACK house. We designed the space to be a welcoming, relaxing retreat for guests to enjoy while experiencing the beauty of the island. The design of our home speaks to the balance of old and new. We curated the space with both antique and modern elements. The vaulted ceiling and loft space add to its charm. Decks are featured on the front and back of the home with views of the Atlantic ocean. We are a half-mile walk to Pebble (Tom Nevers) beach. The space Our home is an upside-down house - the living, dining, and kitchen areas are located on the second floor. The bedrooms, full bath, and laundry are on the first floor. The benefit of this layout is the ocean views in your entertaining space. Main floor: Bedroom I - 1 queen bed Bedroom II - 1 queen bed Bedroom III - 2 twin beds Laundry room Full bath Extra beds - 1 mini roll away crib, 1 air mattress (full) Bed linens provided - down comforter, linen sheets, linen pillowcases, and linen duvet. Extra pillows are available. Bath towels + beach towels provided. Second floor: Living space, dining area, fully functioning kitchen, and half bath. Indoor dining table seats 8. Woodburning stove - currently not to be used. Loft area: Daybed and seating area Decks: Front and back deck, with ocean views. Outdoor dining table (seats 6) on the back deck. Outdoor chairs and cocktail table on the front deck. Outdoor area: Lounge chairs (3) on the front lawn. Outdoor shower An additional refrigerator/freezer in the garage for extra food/beverage storage. Driveway: 3 cars can fit in the driveway. Other things to note *A/C window units are in place for the high season (End of June - mid Sept.) Outside of this timeframe, the window units are removed and placed in storage.
