Our newly renovated 2 BR/1.5 BA is a second floor 1200 sq ft. apartment that is located in the heart of Downtown Dyersville with it's own private entrance and street parking. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants & bars, brewery, shopping, parks & baseball fields, St. Francis Basilica and only 4.4 miles from the Field of Dreams. This space features a full sized kitchen that is stocked with all your needs to cook meals & laundry room for all guests. The space There is internet access with a TV/Roku with Netflix, Hulu & Disney+. The master bedroom features 1 king bed and 1/2 bath and second bedroom features 1 queen bed. There is also a workspace area for anyone needing to do business while staying with us. Other things to note The private entrance is located at the small set of stairs in the outside. Do NOT use the big set of stairs, that is a fire escape. This is a second story apartment. There are 20 steps inside the private entrance to climb to get to the apartment.
