The second bedroom, ideal for children or friends, includes two comfortable twin beds. Each of the bathrooms are full-sized, complete with automatic toto toilets, a touch of modern luxury. The large kitchen, is fully equipped with an oven range and cooktop, a full-sized fridge with an ice maker, and a dishwasher. It has been stocked with all the basic condiments and supplies, ready for you to whip up a meal. The dining area, which comfortably seats six, overlooks the breathtaking ocean, offering a dining experience like no other. Lastly, the private balcony is not only a place to step out and feel the fresh Hawaiian breeze, but it also provides a space for outdoor dining and relaxation. Additionally, beach supplies and beach wagon are available for your convenience. The Waikiki Beach Tower is a high-end condomium located in the heart of Waikiki, an easy stroll to many casual and fining restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Water sports and equipments rentals can be found just across the street. Building Amenities: - Heated main pool + children's (Keiki's) pool. - Jacuzzi / jet spa. - Gym - Aloha Lounge - Yoga Studio. - Lockers, showers and restrooms (amenity deck) - BBQ Area. (available by reservations) - Cabanas and lounge areas. - 2 Fire pits - 24-hour security. Other things to note *Notice Work on the lower 4th floor sun/recreation deck will commence on May 2025, until its completion in August - September 2025. Noise from these renovation projects, including drilling, is to be expected. Work hours will be restricted to 9 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. Please be advised there may be debris or dust on the balcony during this time. Please keep balcony doors closed when not using. Once this work is completed, this area will also feature new fire pits. The sun deck will remain open including the fitness room, yoga room, pool table, and the Aloha Lounge. Please Note: - Checkin 3PM checkout 11AM. (Please NO EARLY checkins) - Not associated with the hotel, no daily housekeeping available. -Garage height clearance is 6"2, if your vehicle exceeds the clearance, parking will not be available. Heightened wheelbase vehicles and large vans and SUV's are not recommended. - Loss or damage of a key fob is $200 plus tax. - Smoking is not permitted in the building, suite or lanai. If found smoking, the fee is $650 plus tax charged by the building association. - Building and suites are smoke-free and pet-free. - Amenity access are subject to availability by the Association, owner is not responsible if it is closed. - Advance notice required for the use of the queen sofa sleeper.
