Marriott Maui Ocean Club - Beautiful Studio Unit

I own a timeshare in the Marriott Ocean Club for a studio unit. It is a beautiful resort and rooms go for over $750 a night. This is much less since I am not able to use it. I will give your name to the hotel and you check in like a normal guest. All amenities, etc are available just as if you were a hotel guest. PLEASE note there is no cancellation & I would request you to message me before you book with your dates so I can verify they are available. I do respond very very quickly! The space This beautiful waterfront resort's unit is for a studio unit. This studio has 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed, as well as a kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and small refrigerator. Fully furnished and stocked with everything you will need including linens, etc. Resort has a fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, two outdoor pools and pool bar, BBQ grills, full service spa, whirlpool hot tub, fire pit, water views, shared kitchens and more. This listing is for a garden/island view studio. An ocean view may be available for a small upgrade fee - you will need to ask me and I will check if it is available. Marriott will allow up to four guests in a studio. But please note that the sofa bed in this room is a full/queen size, and, in my opinion, only suitable for one adult or two children. If you have four guests and are okay with staying in a standard hotel room, then this is just like that. The only difference is that it has a small kitchenette as mentioned above. As an alternative, I often have full one- and two-bedroom villas with kitchens. Please inquire for availability and pricing. Marriott defines all rooms with no view of the ocean as garden or island view; view may contain roads, parking lots, industrial areas, etc. Ocean views may be available at a higher rate; these all have some view of the water, but views may be partially obstructed. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee a particular room as rooms are assigned upon check in just as if you were to book with the resort directly. We can put a request for a higher floor but it is not guaranteed. The studio does not have a washer and dryer in the unit, but there are washers and dryers in each building in the resort that you can use. We HIGHLY suggest you visit the Marriott Maui Ocean Club website (once you contact me I will tell you which tower this unit is in so you can go to the right website), click on Accommodations on the top right, and click on "Guest Room" to see the layout and included items in the listing. Please note that the hotel does require a security deposit when you check in. It will be refunded once you check out as long as no damage occurs in the unit. This is a similar policy just like most hotels/resorts around the world. No parking or resort fees Fee payable at the resort - The state of Hawai’i assesses an occupancy tax on vacation ownership villas, approximately $8 per night for a Studio Guest access Guest has access to all amenities that a normal guest at the resort would have (pools, gym, grounds, tennis and basketball courts, etc). You will get an official confirmation from Marriott. Guest will check in at the front desk with the official Marriott confirmation that we will provide. Other things to note **Marriott now requires your full name and address as they appear on your ID, plus your email and phone number. Please provide these at booking to avoid trouble at check-in.** Hawaii state transient tax of about $8 per night for a studio must be paid at check-in.
