Each room also has a ceiling fan for those nights when you want to open the windows and smell the fresh salt air as you comfortably drift to sleep. Both bedrooms and living room are equipped with smart tvs. The backyard is fenced in for privacy and has a large patio off of the kitchen, a private outdoor shower, and a shed that has been added to house 4 beach bikes, 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach caddy to make your short trek to the bay much less stressful.
