Comprising just under half of a colonial-revival house situated in the charming hamlet of Ashfield, MA, the Shepherd Cottage is a perfect place to unwind and reset. With a private entrance and porch, our guests can relax on the porch admiring views of St Johns or the village beyond. Inside one will find a full kitchen, living area with an open fire, and full bathroom on the ground level; upstairs boasts a large bedroom with a queen bed, bucolic views and lots of closet space. The space Please be aware, this is a two unit home. The owners are full time residents in the main house. There are NO shared spaces, entrances, or amenities between the units. You'll have the entire cottage all to yourself. The parking spaces are shared and plentiful. Free use of the grounds and fire-pit is encouraged. There is an old deaf dog on site; he gets on well with other dogs, people, and children. NO LARGE GATHERINGS OR PARTIES PLEASE. Also, the owners have three small children, please expect a reasonable amount of normal noise during daytime hours. Guest access Private entrance via patio
