Cozy studio unit with lanai that overlooks a small pond that is home to koi fish & ducks, as well as plenty of foliage. The Wailoa River just across the Villas & has a beautiful new walking path & bridges through the park. Located close to town, you can find local our grocery stores, local day & night markets/events. Black sand beaches & more! Air conditioning not provided. The space Condo includes Queen size bed. Smart TV & Wifi. Fridge. Stove top & oven. Pots, pans, dinnerware, a coffee maker. Soaps & linens. Towels. 3 rolls of toilet paper & a roll of paper towels for the total of your stay. We include a small supply of soap to get you started, but for the rest of your stay, we recommend bringing or picking up your preferred toiletries. Air conditioning not provided. Guest access Unit doors like automatically. Shared pool open from 9am-7pm. Unfortunately on the rare occasion it may be closed without notice but usually just for a day or 2. Free parking on site. Multiple parking lots & any spot is fine. No parking pass is needed. Multiple laundry rooms throughout the complex. Easy pay with an app! There’s also a 24hr laundry mat in town. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8am-2pm. There is a fee if unit keys are lost/need to be replaced. We suggest leaving keys in lockbox. Other things to note This is a NON smoking unit. No smoking in the unit & no smoking on the lanai. You are allowed to smoke in the parking lots. Just please stand away from the building (30 ft) & please properly dispose of your waste. We offer Internet services, but we do not offer cable. You will be able to enter your own info in to use the apps you like. YouTube is a great alternative if you don’t use the provided apps. This is a large complex, with renters, owners, and other vacation rentals. Generally it's pretty quiet but there is the potential for noise during the day and evenings. Everyone normally quiets down at a reasonable time. You may hear footsteps in the unit upstairs. You may hear people talking, birds, ducks, chickens, music but most definitely you will hear our local coqui frogs chirp at night. Hawaii is a tropical climate. It can get hot, humid & rainy at times. We have a ceiling fan and stand up fans to hopefully help.
