Lakeside cottage near Downtown Framingham

Our water front cottage is the perfect getaway without the drive! This newly renovated home is seated on the shores of Waushakum Pond which conveniently straddles the Framingham/Ashland line. Come enjoy lake life minutes from Boston. The space The cottage sits mere feet from the shore. It was built in 1948 and has plenty of character but was recently updated with new hardwood floors, cabinets, counter-top, shower, tile, carpet, paint and lighting. The kitchen, back bedroom and screened in porch offer fantastic views of the pond. The space is furnished with a couch, kitchen table, queen bed, and twin bed. The stove is gas and a microwave, refrigerator, toaster and small dishwasher are provided. It's the perfect place to get away without going too far. Most of the interior pictures are from our previous listing. Some of the furniture may be updated upon your arrival. Guest access Guests are welcome to the entire cottage, back yard, docks and tikibar (while it's on the dock or if we take them out on it). There is a fire pit, grill, patio furniture and a hammock that guests are welcome to use respectfully. Our boat is docked at the end of the dock, this is not available for guest use but Matt will be happy to take you out on it if he has time to. There is room for another small boat if needed.
