This new 1200 square foot single family home was designed for comfort and functionality. You will have a spacious fully stocked kitchen with a large island for food prep and dining. The 12 x 16 deck with ramp provides an easily accessed outdoor area. The guest bathroom contains a bathtub/shower and laundry closet perfect for longer stays and for families with children. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and master bathroom with double sinks and grab bars in the walk-in shower. The house comfortably accommodates 4 guests. We have a single air mattress with extra bedding for a 5th person and the sofa could accommodate a 6th person but all will be in a common area. Everything about this home is fresh and crisp. It is easily accessed from the interstate and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Guests will have full access to the house but not to the attached garage unless special arrangements have been made in advance. The front door requires a number code. Guests may request a code or one will be assigned by the owner. Codes are changed for each guest. Guests will do self check-in and check-out. We will give our guests all the space they need but we live near the guest house and can assist with any unanticipated issues or provide additional items if the need arises. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. We are close to the U-Haul dealership and a Cenex gas station with chargers for electric cars. A variety of restaurants are within a mile radius including fine dining, Chinese food, Mexican, pizza and family dining. These are within 5 minutes driving but not within walking distance for most guests. There is no public transportation. There is a local Taxi service, but guests should plan to provide their own transportation. We don’t usually allow pets, but we sometimes grant permission depending on the situation and the animal. Guests that have severe pet allergies may want more information before booking. RO (purified) water is available from a tap on the kitchen sink and in the refrigerator water dispenser so there is no need to bring bottled water. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils and a variety of pots, pans, and baking dishes.
