This home is perfect for families or three couples looking to share a home while having space, privacy and near equal size rooms and baths. The first master has a King bed, access to lanai and amazing ocean views in the morning. The second master has a King bed and beautiful view of the ocean as well. Both masters have a large ensuite bath with soaker tub, gorgeous high-end cabinets and frameless glass showers. The third bedroom features two TwinXL beds that can be combined as King with gel topper. There is a bath just outside the door that is just as luxurious as the other two master baths. A car is advised to get out and explore the Big Island and all its adventures and diverse landscape. Guests may also sign up for Mauna Kea Resort Privileges (prices set by Mauna Kea Resort) After your booking is accepted on Airbnb you will receive a copy of our home use agreement. We require this to be signed and returned in order to confirm your booking. IMPORTANT: Although the Homeowner Association (HOA) schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
