Country living on quiet street

This is country living in Hawaii at it's best. Hawaii has many experiences to offer, including coastal, mountain and resort experiences. This amazing spot offers the country experience of Hawaii. Located near the smaller towns of Hawi and Kapa'au on a quiet dead-end street, this quaint home is the perfect spot to get away. Located on acreage, with cattle fields and amazing views of Maui and Kaho'olawe just up the hill, you'll have a true Big Island experience! The space This house is set up as a livable home, with everything you'd expect of a primary residence, having all the dishes, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, washer, dryer, etc. that you'd expect! Other things to note Since this home is set up as a long-term rental only, the home and it's surroundings will need to be taken care of accordingly. The house will need to be accessed on occasion for maintenance and to allow for our monthly pest control to do their thing. We will let you know well in advance when this needs to happen. You'll also find us taking care of the various plants and fruit trees, mostly watering during times of drought, when that is needed. We'll let you know when we'll be around to take care of those plants and trees as well! The home is located about 3 mins outside the town of Hawi, which has a number of cute shops, coffee shop, a restaurant or two and a weekend farmers market. It's about a 30 minute drive from Pololu Valley and about 20 minutes from Hapuna and Mauna Kea Beaches.
