This property is located just a half mile from Berkshire East Ski Resort in the scenic town of Charlemont, situated at the foothills of the Berkshires. Just a 10-minute drive to Shelburne Falls, you'll find the amazing Bridge of Flowers and Glacial Potholes. In the opposite direction, you'll find North Adams and Williamstown, home of MCLA, Williams College, Mass Moca, and Natural Bridge State Park. Both towns have trail access to Massachusett's tallest mountain, Mt.Greylock. The space This unit has a private entrance. Downstairs you'll find a spacious living room, coffee bar, microwave and a small refrigerator. (No full kitchen.) Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one queen and one double) and a large bathroom. Outside there is a beautiful front porch and side yard. Guest access You'll access the unit through the front porch entrance. This is a private entrance. Parking for one vehicle is available on the side of the house. We can accommodate an additional vehicle if necessary. Other things to note I would say this property is safe for children five years and up. The home is close to the road, and we also have a set of stairs that go to the bedrooms and bathroom. This is not a safe place for pets. We have a beautiful front porch that is lovely to sit on, and we ask that quiet time outdoors after 9:30; to respect the neighbors.
