Located one mile from the Des Moines Airport (stay and Park possible) next to a main street just three short miles to downtown. Multiple restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Near Des Moines Water Works Park and Grays Lake recreational area. Newly renovated top to bottom. Includes two spacious bedrooms on the main floor and two bedroom areas in the basement, and a full bathroom on each level. The space The newly remodeled home has a full kitchen, dining room, and living room when you walk into the front door. Down the hall you will find a huge bathroom and two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed, and one has a queen size bed. Down the stairs, located by the dining room, takes you to the basement living room, next to the stairs is a small bedroom with a full-size bed. Through the living room takes you to a second bedroom area in the basement. Back by the stairs is a Bathrom with a shower. Also located downstairs is a huge laundry/mechanical room. Lastly upstairs through the French Doors is a breezeway that we have not designated the use for at this time. It will be a great place to store extra luggage or other items. The home also has a nice size deck, with a patio set and additional seating. Also the home has a huge backyard with mature trees that provide tons of shade on the deck. Be ready to relax and enjoy your mornings or evening outside with coffee or grilling. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas with the exception of the garage. Currently in the process of replacing the washer and dryer as they recently stopped working. If guests need access to the garage for some reason they may inquire about that request. Other things to note The home has ample parking and if you are thinking about flying out of Des Moines and need a place to park then please inquire with me concerning the number of cars. My concern is that I need to know how many cars potentially will be parked, so it does not inconvenience future guests while you are out of town. In addition, a potential ride to and from the airport might be available.
