Come stay at our spacious studio w/ access to backyard patio in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood of Jersey City. Roughly 800 sq ft of space on the bottom floor of building. It is a 12-15 min walk to the PATH train (to NYC), 15 min walk to downtown Jersey City (Grove St has stores, restaurants & bars. Unit has bedding, wifi, and washer/dryer combo. 20 minutes from Newark Airport. Easy to find street parking. Need to go up and down stairs to access apartment. The space Ground floor studio with backyard access. Wi-Fi, 55 inch smart tv, Washer/Dryer combo in unit. Kitchenette (large fridge, microwave, toaster oven/air-fryer, double hot plate, and coffee maker) is in the suite to make sure you're able to cook during your stay. Guest access Main door to enter building, then head down to open the door to your own private studio. Full access to backyard patio through rear door in studio. Other things to note Sofa can be transformed into a bed.
