The space This house has an open kitchen dining living area that's great for keeping everyone together and viewing the beautiful mountains from the picture windows on 3 sides. The back deck and yard is great for enjoying your company with a cook out or bonfire. We love the lodge like feel this house gives and the quiet and peaceful countryside. The sunsets and stars are gorgeous! Guest access As well as enjoying the entire house there is a game room in the 3 car garage for hours of entertainment. On the north end of the property is a level area great for frisbee, soccer or other activities. On the west end is access to miles of public land for hiking, biking and horseback riding. Other things to note Snow tires or 4 wheel drive is needed in winter weather Air Conditioning- We have 2 window Air Conditioner Units that we install for the hot months of July and August. Our home stays pretty cool and the window units block the view of the beautiful mountains from those 2 windows. If you wish to have the air conditioning before July or after August just let us know and we will install them early or keep them in later.
