Beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, & other essentials are also available to use during your stay. Relax in the hot water outdoor shower after a fun day in the sun. Enjoy lounging and dining outdoors on your private shaded porch or cozy up inside on the L-shaped couch to watch premium cable or 4K streaming on the brand new QLED TV. High-speed internet, BBQ grill. The space This is a beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated home that is owner-maintained with attention to details. I am a premier host and my goal is that every guest has a terrific experience. High-Speed Internet makes this a wonderful spot for remote working. The first floor home accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 private bedrooms and a large L-shaped couch/sofa-sleeper in the living room. The L-shaped couch in the living room can be pulled out as a Queen sofa-sleeper. The spacious master bedroom features a lovely 8-post Queen brass bed, vanity table, dresser and large closet. The second bedroom offers very comfortable Twin Bunk Beds, dresser, and closet. There is 1.5 private baths inside the unit. The full bathroom is nice, clean, and recently renovated with a shower/tub, toilet, and vanity sink. The half bath is a large space with a toilet & sink, a full-size washer & dryer, and a linen closer (LINENS NOT PROVIDED). There is also an outdoor hot/cold shower (available May 1 - October 1), which is shared with the upper level home on the property. * Please note, other shared amenities with the upper level home include the Weber BBQ grill and beach essentials (chairs, toys, etc.). Your private patio is complete with outdoor outlets, lighting, rocking chairs, and outdoor dining table with 4 chairs. The main living area has an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen with ice-maker, dining area with seating for 6- plus additional seating for 3 at the movable kitchen island. The cozy L-shaped leather couch is situated around the entertainment center with a brand new 55” QLED TV connected with premium cable channels and all major streaming services. Other entertainment amenities include a Blu-Ray DVD player (with a selection of DVDs), Bluetooth speaker via Alexa/Echo dot with Amazon Music Unlimited, along with an assortment of books and games. Guest access Just steps from the beach and boardwalk, this is a corner property surrounded by white fencing with off-street parking for 2 cars. Parking: There is enough room for you to park two (2) cars in the driveway. The upper-level home guests also can park two cars (2) for a total of four (4) cars on the driveway. Please be courteous and leave room for others. You can park behind one another but please do not block the driveway entrance or the sidewalk. Parking on the street requires payment at a kiosk. The nearest kiosk is on the northeast corner of Ocean Terrace and Sampson Ave. Porch/Deck: The outdoor living space on the first floor porch is exclusive to the lower level home's private use. However, a walkway's length on the far west end of the porch is required to use the exterior stairs when accessing the upper level home's separate private entrance. Only that walkway area of the porch will be shared when the upper level home enters/leaves the property. Entertainment: The Echo dot is next to TV. Just say Alexa and ask to play music, etc. The DVD player will play CDs as well. A CD collection and DVDs are in the cabinet beneath the TV to enjoy during your stay. Please return CDs and DVDs to the same place for the next guests to enjoy. Payment for any On Demand/Pay Per View orders must be billed to you under your personal account sign-ins during your stay, or you will be charged a fee for any non-authorized purchases, plus the reimbursement cost of the digital orders placed. Outdoor Shower: Located down the alley along the west property line, beyond the stairs. As the outdoor shower is shared with the upper-level home, a caddy is provided in the main bath to assist you in carrying your personal items to and from the shower. After use, please remove all personal items and ensure the water is fully turned off. Keep the slide lock engaged so the door remains secure. Beach passes: You have six (6) season passes for use during your stay, found in the bowl on the dining table. Daily passes are available for purchase at the kiosk directly across the boardwalk from the Sampson Ave. beach access ramp. Children under 11 are free. There is a $90 replacement fee for each season pass not returned to the bowl at check out. Beach chairs: An assortment of beach chairs are kept in the carport for your use. Note the low sand chairs have a 200lb weight limit. Kindly keep beach chairs in the carport after each use. Sand is hard to clean up, so please do not bring beach chairs into the house. There is also a cooler with wheels, sand shovels and boogie boards in the carport for your use. Parties: While celebrations among guests during your vacation are welcome, no large parties, tents, or “porta-potties” are permitted on the premises. Owner Closet: The right-hand side of the primary bedroom closet is locked and not available to guests. Kindly do not attempt to force the handled door or mirrored door open. Air conditioning: The thermostat is located in the hallway outside the primary bedroom. When AC is running, kindly keep all windows and doors closed. Washer/Dryer: Usage instructions are on the machines. Please be sure to clean the dryer lint filter between every load. Please no sandy clothes/towels in the machines. Sand should be rinsed outside, as noted above. BBQ grill: Remove cover and replace after the grill is cool. Clean tools and new drip pans are kept in the cabinet next to the dining table. The grill brush/scraper is kept in the grill cabinet to clean/brush/scrape after each use. An extra propane tank is in the nook beyond the outdoor shower. Kindly let the owner, Ruth know if you empty/replace the propane tank. Note: the grill is shared with the upper-level home. Coffee Maker: The drip coffee maker has a reusable filter that is top-rack dishwasher safe. Trash and Recycling: Indoor cans are in the drawer next to the stove and in each bed/bathroom. Seaside Heights supports mixed recycling (flattened cardboard, plastic, aluminum cans, and glass mixed - no plastic bags or plastic lids). Kindly recycle using the unlined can in kitchen. Extra trash liners are at the bottom of each trash can with additional supply in the drawer next to the kitchen sink. Curb cans are kept outside under the stairs and are shared with the upper-level home. Trash cans are black. Recycle cans are blue or orange. You share responsibility with the upper-level home guests to bring cans to the curb AFTER DARK the night before collection and return them under the stairs. If the guest causes a violation of this policy and a fine is issued by Borough of Seaside Heights Code Enforcement as a result, the guest is responsible to pay the fine. Sunday night to curb – Trash; (return after collection Monday morning) Monday night to curb – Recycling; (return after collection Tuesday morning) Tuesday night to curb – Trash; (return after collection Wednesday morning) Thursday night to curb – Trash; (return after collection Friday morning) Other things to note We want you to have a perfect vacation, filled with fun and relaxation. Check out the 'Exit82' website for the latest availability of attractions, schedule of upcoming events, and to learn more about what’s happening in the area. * During Summer of 2025, you’ll enjoy Atlantic ocean swimming, the soft sandy beach and walking along the boardwalk to all shops, games, and treats like ice cream, water ice, pizza, sausage sandwiches, cheese steaks, candy apples, salt water taffy and more. * The attractions of Casino Pier, Breakwater Beach Waterpark, and mini golf are a short walk away or jump on the Sky Ride and glide along the air to the center of everything (when available during season). * The Barnegat Bay is just a few blocks away, where you will find fishing, crabbing, boat and jet ski rentals and beautiful sunsets. Island Beach State Park is just a few miles away where you will find the island in its natural state. * There are great restaurants and nightlife nearby. Or just stay put and relax in the newly renovated, peaceful beach home with off street parking for 2 cars and high-speed internet. This listing is to rent the lower level home only.
