This home is on the second level of a 6 plex building, and shares a semi private elevator with only one other condo.  It is so close to the Kolea Beach Club, you could count the steps and be at the private pool in 2 minutes time.  The Kolea Beach Club has an infinity edged pool, a hot tub overlooking the bay, an intimate exercise facility, a sandy bottom keiki pond with waterfall, ample comfortable chaises to suntan in and shaded seating to lounge in as well.  The gate on the ocean side of the pool gives way for your toes to be in the sands of A-Bay, where snorkeling, glass bottom tours, sail tours and even surfing lessons await you.  Lava Lava Beach Club is a popular open air establishment nestled in the sands of the beach, ready to serve you libations and meals with live music. The condo has two lanais that both have grand ocean and moutain views.  The master lanai has sectional outdoor seating, arm chairs, as well as an outdoor dining set.  The Viking BBQ grill, outdoor fridge and summer kitchen create the ideal environment to retreat from a taxing day at the beach to grill and toast to a lovely sunsets. There are three suites in the home all furnished with flat screen televisions.  The master suite and 2nd suite have king beds while the 3rd suite has two twin beds that can be converted to a king.  All three suites have their own closet and private baths, with the larger suites having walk in closets, side by side vanities and deep soaking tubs plus walk in showers.  The 3rd suite has a walk in shower and single vanity.  The master suite has a smaller private lanai with ocean views and intimate seating. The home has ceiling fans in every room, two in the living room ~ and has central air conditioning. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware to settle in for home cooked meals.  There is an enormous subzero fridge, with built in viking appliances.  The dining table seats 6, and a couple of bar stools at the kitchen island add casual and convenient seating next to the built in wine cooler. The great room has a large flat screen television, surrounded by comfortable sectional seating and arm chairs.  The hall from the great room leads you past a beautiful powder room with a copper vessel sink, and at the end of the hall the laundry room is set with a full size washer, dryer and sink. Kolea 10B is conveniently located within easy walking distance of ABay Beach, the Waikoloa Beach Marriot Luau, the Waikoloa Kings Shops and the Queens Marketplace.  Kolea is centrally located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort, where you can enjoy the tram and boat rides of the Hilton Waikoloa Village, the playful antics at Dolphin Quest, and the fun challenges of the Waikoloa Kings and Waikoloa Beach Golf Courses. Our Resort has two shopping areas, the Queens Marketplace where we have a food court, dining, Starbucks, retail shopping, luxury cinema and grocery store; and the Kings Shops with more dining, shopping and entertaiment. The Waikoloa Kings and Waikoloa Beach Golf Course can also be found here. There are two hotels on either side of Kolea, the Waikoloa Marriott and the Hilton Waikoloa. Both offer luaus, spas and dining. The Hilton has free boat rides, free tram rides, as well as the world renowned Dolphin Quest.
