All guests must check in at front desk, present valid photo i.d and credit card for incidentals. If you are going to check in after hours please notify your host in advance. Ground floor requests are accepted based on physical or medical needs. Parking is limited to two vehicles per suite. TTY Kits available for guest use Occupancy Tax $14.39 p/night charge per room. This is an additional fee charged at the front desk and taken out of your security deposit. This tax is assessed by the Kauai County government to all tourist that stay on the island. Your host is not able to collect this fee it is required to be paid at the resort at the time of stay. If you arrive early you can call the resort and ask them when you can check in and if you can get a text/ phone call when your room is ready. You can also drop your luggage off at the front desk in a safe secure location and utilize the resort at your leisure until your room is ready for check in. Late Check Out is allowed up to 11am ( call the resort front desk 24 hours in advance of your check out date and ask for the later check out time) You can also drop your luggage off after check out at the front desk and have them hold your luggage and continue to utilize the resort at your leisure until your departure.
