There is a lovely studio w/kitchenette in the basement of the house...which is occupied. There is an entirely separate entrance to the basement - so each space enjoys privacy. The kitchen boasts a complete assortment of tools needed for meal prep and includes a fully stocked coffee & tea cabinet for lovely, lazy mornings. Bathroom amenities include high-quality shampoo & conditioner, body wash, essential oil-scented bath salts, and a generous supply of fluffy towels. In the bedrooms, guests will enjoy an assortment of pillows, variable lighting, ample storage, and crisp, clean, quality bed linens enveloping a comfortable mattress for a restful sleep. A bright, clean, full-sized laundry room is in the basement. A large, fully fenced, shared yard includes outdoor dining and patio furniture situated on a gorgeous stamped concrete patio next to a lush green lawn flanked by mature landscaping - making the outdoor space as inviting as the indoor space.
