There is also a restaurant located directly below the unit, which may contribute to occasional noise. 🚶‍♀️ 2nd-Floor Walk-Up – No Elevator This apartment is located on the second floor of a walk-up building. ℹ️ Please Note This home is located above one of Boston’s top restaurants—ideal for food lovers, but you may hear some activity. No candles or open flames. We’re not a hotel with large-scale laundry facilities or services. We’re a small team of 8 dedicated colleagues working hard to ensure a pleasant stay for every guest. Please review the “Other Things to Note” section before booking. Our greatest strength is our exceptional locations, putting you right where you want to be in Boston. Guest access 📩 Check-in instructions will be sent the day before your arrival. Please note that a valid photo ID may be requested prior to receiving check-in details. Other things to note 🚫 No Elevator – 2nd floor walk up. 🅿️ Parking – Off-site parking is available for $40–$60/night (very limited availability) and is about a 7–15 minute walk from the property. (Rates may vary during events or holidays.) You can also find and reserve parking through the SpotHero app. 🚗 Garage parking is also available at the Prudential Center and Copley Place Mall. 🚭 No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and directly outside the building. 🍳 Kitchen Supplies – While we provide pots, pans, and basic cooking tools, we do not supply oil, salt, pepper, coffee, or other food-related items. You may find a few pantry items left behind by previous guests. 🛏️ Linens & Towels – We provide 100% cotton linens and clean bath towels, but we do not provide face cloths. Some linens may show light stains due to the lack of industrial laundry facilities, but they are always clean. If needed, we’re happy to provide a fresh set. 🆔 Guest Identification – The host reserves the right to request a valid photo ID before sending check-in instructions. No refunds will be issued for failure to provide identification. 🐾 Support/Service Animals – A doctor’s note or doctor-signed certificate is required before hosting. 📦 Lost & Found – Forgotten items can be shipped back for a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs. Unclaimed items are donated or discarded after 14 days. 🏥 Medical Stays – For guests staying for medical or hospital-related reasons, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate. 🚽 Plumbing Reminder – DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING down the toilets other than toilet paper. Absolutely no “flushable” wipes, tampons, or other items.
