Cozy, clean, private, pet friendly fully appointed apartment. All Bed linens, blankets, bath towels, toiletries, paper towels, and stocked Coffee bar are included. Five minutes to dog friendly “Cape Cod national seashore” beaches. see their website. Close to restaurants, bike trail, and convenience stores. Beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler provided. Exclusive use side yard. Short dog walk on large common lawn. Small laundry shack uses quarters. Hosts available if you need anything. The space Beaches open year-round for shore walks, surfing ect. Little Pearl is a small quiet apt. on private side of main house. The apartment is small but can accommodate two or possibly three and a pet or two. Hosts reside in main house. We respect your privacy. We will not hear you or your pooch. Please let us know if you need anything. Kitchen has pots and pans ect. Bath offers all soaps, towels, and hair dryer. Please always leash pets, even in yard. Guest access Self check in starts at 3 and door will be open and key inside. Side yards off porch and where chairs and small fire pit are, is yours. You may see me walk by way in back. Chickens will be seen behind fence. Dogs have to be leashed in yard, and can also be walked along private drive to common lawn area which is out driveway to left. I will leave directions and info inside apt. about beaches, pets, ect. Other things to note Dogs MUST be leashed even in yard,please. There are chickens in a fenced area you may hear once in a while. No roosters !! We only use supplied fake logs in firepit. Water bucket is supplied. Hose for rinsing feet or pooches, ect. is left of bulkhead. You may see me walking around and using bulkhead entrance doing chores but I do not come into your area. Please don't leave dogs outside alone. No parties or late gatherings, please.
