We include a North Wildwood Parking Permit that gives you FREE parking anywhere ParkMobile is accepted throughout North Wildwood...right up to the boardwalk. A seriously valuable perk — and yes, it’s included with your stay. (One permit placard provided) On‑Site Parking for Your Crew Bring the whole family — and their cars. Our semi‑private garage fits up to three vehicles: • One inside the garage • Two more on the driveway Plenty of space, no circling the block. Pool Time, Just Steps Away Looking for a splash of fun? Flip Flop’s Rooftop Pool & Restaurant is less than a block from the condo and open to the public during summer months (for a fee). They’re not affiliated with R ’n J Getaway — but they’re close, convenient, and a great spot to cool off with a drink in hand. Other things to note Sunday‑to‑Sunday Stays Our changeover day is Sunday, giving you a smooth, relaxing start and finish to your vacation. Guest Requirements We welcome responsible guests who treat our home with the same care we do. • Minimum age is 27 for all guests unless traveling with parents. • We take this seriously — rentals made on behalf of underage guests will be cancelled, and all parties involved may be held responsible. No refunds will be issued in these cases. • Please bring your own bed linens, bath and beach towels, laundry detergent, and personal necessities. If you need something special, just ask — we’re happy to help when we can. • All guests must follow city quiet hours — no loud noise or music after 10:00 PM. • No smoking inside or in any common areas. • No pets, per HOA rules. • All vehicles must be removed from the property at checkout to avoid towing. Cancellation Policy (Clear & Fair) Life happens — we get it. All cancellations must be in writing. If you need to cancel before check‑in, we’ll do everything we can to rebook your dates. • If we rebook the same dates at the same rate or higher, you’ll receive a full refund minus a 15% re‑listing fee. • We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially a Cancel for Any Reason policy, to protect your trip from unexpected events. Respecting Our Home We love sharing our family home with guests who appreciate a clean, comfortable, and well‑cared‑for space. Please treat it as you would your own. If the home is left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee (up to $250) may be charged by our cleaning team. This isn’t a hotel — it’s our cherished getaway, and we’re delighted to open it to families who will enjoy it as much as we do. Rates & Payments • Rates are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed. • A 50% deposit and security deposit are due within 5 days of booking. • The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. Rental Agreement Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send a rental agreement. Please return the completed agreement and a copy of your photo ID within 48 hours.
