One Of A Kind Spacious Downtown Penthouse

Discover the charm of FOXTROT, a hidden gem nestled on historic Texas Street. This 2400 sqft loft, located in Downtown Shreveport, offers a unique sense of privacy in a quaint, privately owned building with the ambience and quirks of a historical building. Complete with a full-sized kitchen, a 130in movie screen surrounded by theater seating, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. You'll be within walking distance to some great local restaurants, bars, and casinos. You can't beat this location! The space One-of-a-kind space is 2400 sqft filled with natural light, exposed brick, and beautiful hardwood floors. This space is completely yours during your stay. Our building is also home to Foxtrot Productions recording studio. - There is a king size mattress located in the master bedroom. In the second bedroom, we have a twin bed and two queen beds. We have (4) regular couches (if needed for another sleeper). - There are two full bathrooms and a full-sized kitchen, stocked with cooking supplies. Huge tub, but jets on tub do not work. - Very steep stairs at the entrance. There is no handicap access and several “step-up” / platform areas through the space. Although we allow children, the space IS NOT ideal for children. - Street parking only! Street parking is free after 5pm (weekdays) and on weekends. Self Check-in. A keypad with private entrance to the loft. - A very comfortable stay for 7 overnight guests. We do not charge a cleaning fee, but there is $10 fee per person for each guest after 5 people. (please read above layout and sleep arrangements) - NO MORE than 10 guests allowed in the loft at one time. No extra guests without approval. - No parties! We are not a venue or event space. - Inquire if you need the space for photo/video shoots. Portraiture and small video shoots with few people will likely be approved. Provocative photo or music videos will not be approved. - Please note there is no handicap access. Stairs only entrance. — NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE. No extra guests without approval. No pets. [STRICT] NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed inside the loft. Those who leave behind the scent of marijuana/smoke or those suspected of smoking inside will be asked to leave and $500 fee will be charged to those who violate this house rule. - Free Street Parking on weekends and weekdays after 5pm. Use parkmobile app or coins for meter/street parking on weekdays (Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm). We do not have designated parking. — Easy to follow checkout instructions. Checkin is at 3pm.
