This 2400 sqft loft, located in Downtown Shreveport, offers a unique sense of privacy in a quaint, privately owned building with the ambience and quirks of a historical building. Complete with a full-sized kitchen, a 130in movie screen surrounded by theater seating, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. You'll be within walking distance to some great local restaurants, bars, and casinos. You can't beat this location! The space The Space This one-of-a-kind 2,400 sqft loft is completely yours during your stay, filled with natural light, exposed brick, and beautiful hardwood floors. Our building is also home to Foxtrot Productions recording studio. Layout Master bedroom: king bed Second bedroom: twin + two queens 4 couches 2 full bathrooms Full kitchen stocked with cooking supplies Huge soaking tub (jets do not work) Guests Comfortably sleeps 7. No charge for up to 5 guests; $10/person for each additional guest (max 10 guests at any time). No extra guests without approval. Accessibility & Children Very steep stairs at the entrance with several step-up/platform areas throughout. No handicap access. Children are allowed but the space is not ideal for them. Parking Street parking only — free on weekends and weekdays after 5pm. Use the ParkMobile app or coins for metered parking weekdays 8am–5pm. Check-In & Check-Out Self check-in via private keypad entrance. Check-in: 3pm | Check-out: 12pm. No early or late check-ins. House Rules No parties — this is not a venue or event space No pets No smoking or vaping of any kind inside. Evidence of smoking/marijuana will result in immediate removal and a $500 fee.
