Welcome to the beach house! We have large open floor plan, 4 bdrm, sleeps 8 & 3 full baths+outdoor shower. ▪︎Free Netflix ▪︎Keyless entry 2 living rooms, fully stocked kitchen w/ granite counter tops, Keurig, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Private fenced back yard offers patio, 18' above ground pool, grill, fire pit, patio set and lounge chairs. We include 6 badges (12 and under free), beach chairs, umbrellas & beach cart. The space This home boasts a large open floor plan, and accommodates large or multiple families. We have convenient keyless entry and security system. ☆We offer 4 adult beach badges and 2 child badges during your stay. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, laundry room and outdoor shower for guest use. The house has central air conditioning and all the rooms have ceiling fans for added comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware and utensils. The appliances are full sized and include microwave, refrigerator w/ice maker, stove, dishwasher, Keurig, toaster & garbage disposal. There are 2 living rooms with, a dining room & eat-in kitchen with counter seating to accommodate 16 easily for sit down meals. The patio accommodates another 6+. We offer free internet, free Netflix and local channels. There are 5 Tv's throughout. A full bath is located on the first floor and additional sofa sleeping options. Sectional sofa has a double pull out with a couch and the other living room space offers a double pull out sofa. ☆hair dryers are supplied in each bathroom ☆Kid friendly☆ We offer a pack and play, toddler cot (please bring your own linens-,cot- crib sheet size), booster seat, children's cups, bowls and utensils, books. toddler toys and various sand toys. There is a fenced back yard with patio, above ground pool, patio set, lounge chairs, fire pit, BBQ gas grill and convenient outdoor shower. Expansive driveway parking for at least 10 vehicles on the property. ☆Things to note☆ The cleaning fee includes complete turnover for 8 guests - clean quilts, sheet sets, bath towels and pool/beach towels. All the cleaning products, laundry products and disinfecting process. ☆(if you are driving and prefer to bring your own sheets/and beach towels, please ask for a special offer to receive a discount off the cleaning fee). There is a minimum allowable age of 25 to rent this house due to insurance restrictions. The beach and Jenkinson's boardwalk is a quick 10 min walk. For guest convenience: Cleaning supplies, disinfectant, vacuum, dust pan & broom are available for extended stay or guest comfort. The outdoor shower and above ground pool are seasonal amenities. Kindly check with the host to see if these will be available for your use after Labor Day. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, yard, pool (seasonally), and outdoor shower. The garage is not accessible to guests. Other things to note PPB INLET PROPERTIES IS A SELF CATERING VACATION RENTAL We offer beach chairs, umbrellas and beach cart for the quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. We offer 1st supply of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner & soap. Convenience items such as dish soap, scrubber, paper towels and garbage bags are provided. We like to host families but ask that you do not bring in any paints, markers or permanent crayons. Please monitor your children when you are in the house or outside by the pool. Please do not remove any linens or items from the premises. Extra items supplied are for guest convenience. Beach badges must be left at the house upon check-out.
