We are offering our newly renovated home so you can enjoy a Hawaiian home in a family neighbourhood. 2 king beds spacious bedrooms and a cozy living room and full kitchen Papa’s Hale is kept clean, welcomes small kids and big kids to feast around the table and talk story, playing ukulele or listening to local favorites. I normally leave some juices, teas and local coffee for you. There’s also some condiments and foods that other guests have left that I think is helpful! Spacious living area, clutter free and giant tv, if you need to stay in some evenings, and cosy up on the couch. Washer and Dryer available. We can recommend plenty of local attractions and restaurants. We keep a little guide in the house for you. If you need a car, we can also rent you our suv if it’s available. The property has a rear studio with a king and queen beds, and bathroom, should your group need more space, please ask and send me a message about the extra room. We set up a small plunge pool (hot tub size)in the back with a couple of Sun loungers. If you need to cool off, feel free to use It. Kids especially love it and it’s not too deep so they can have plenty of Fun. We live in the back of the property. Far enough away for your privacy but close on hand should you need anything. Close to shops, restaurants and more in Pahoa village. Local attractions include, Lava Tree State Park, the most recent Kilauea eruption (2018) lava flows, Pohiki, MacKenzie state park, swimming pool, Makuu Sunday Farmers Market, Uncle Roberts Wednesday concer/market/events. Short drive to Hilo, waterfalls, Hilo market, Volcano National Park, Black Sands Beach. You’ll need a car, so get in touch if you want to rent ours.
