Beautiful sun filled home. Perfect for families. 5000 sqf with 2.5 acres located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Feels private and remote but only a 15 minute walk to town. The outdoor spaces include; mature gardens, oversized private stone patio, grill, sunken 8 person hot tub on a mahogany deck, lawns, and a small swingset and slide. There is also a very large screened porch with six person dining table and a ping pong table. On the first floor is a Chef’s kitchen with large prep area, two deep sinks, two Bosch dishwashers, large SubZero, and Wolf stove. Heated stone floors make it cozy on cold mornings. There is an additional full bath in the hallway with a deep soak tub. (So, a total of 3 full baths on the 2nd floor). Additionally, there is a nursery with a Crate and Barrel toddler bed. The toddler bed can be converted back to a crib for monthly stay. Also, for longer stays a twin mattress can be put new nursery. There is also a loveseat that pulls out into a twin. The house was recently updated for a little one. So, mostly Farrow and Ball paint used throughout and most rugs are wool or natural fiber. Many toddler toys and books available for use. The third floor is up a narrow staircase and feels like a large separate apartment. There is a big open area with a desk that is used as a workspace.
