Also on the first floor is a lovingly stocked library, with many classics and NYTimes bestsellers for all ages. A high end record player, chess board and additional fireplace make it a cozy place to spend afternoons year round. We put up a Christmas tree and tasteful decorations for the month of December. Sony playstation, 65” QLED Samsung, and 4k streaming are located off of the library. Also, a separate office with large built in desk and additional 55” QLED Samsung. Beautiful little half bath off of the foyer. The second floor has 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds, 2 full ensuite baths (one of them has a steam shower and the other has two sinks). There is an additional full bath in the hallway with a deep soak tub. Additionally, there is a nursery with a Crate and Barrel toddler bed (can be converted back to a crib for monthly stay) and a loveseat that pulls out to a twin. Mostly Farrow and Ball paint used throughout and most rugs are wool or natural fiber. Many toddler toys and books available for use. The third floor is private and almost feels like a large separate apartment. There is a big open area with a desk that is used as a workspace. The bedroom has a king sized bed and a love seat that pulls out into a twin. Full bathroom has a shower-tub combo. Additional pac n play available.
