Centrally and amazing 360 degree views from rooftop. Quiet end of block yet steps from infamous International Market place AND only a couple blocks from famous Waikiki beach. In the heart of Waikiki conveniently located to public transportation/shared ride apps. One of the rare building with ALL the amenities but not limited to ROOFTOP pool/sauna/gym/bbq area/in unit washer-dryer, free designated parking space and 24 hrs onsite security guard. 30 days minimum. The space 1 California king bed, deluxe twin blow up and couch (but it’s not a sofa bed) sleeps up to 4 comfortably. Guest access Enjoy entire condo with shared rooftop pool, sauna/shower upstairs, bbq area, work out room and 1 designated parking space. Other things to note Aloha and Mahalo for being mindful of these rules for everyone safety, security and enjoyment for all that stay here. We want everyone to have a smooth and aloha stay with no miscommunications. All to know what to expect ahead of time. Something to note: *The shower handle could cause a bit confusing because turning towards the blue dot makes it hot and turning towards the red dot made it cold. So please play around with the handle either turning to the right or left in different angles, I forget unless I’m actually doing it it myself:) Rules: -NO SMOKING of any sort, no vaping in condo or anywhere on premise per onsite manager/exterior security cameras around the building. -NO outside guests or PARTIES or gatherings of any sort/ $2000 dollar fine for violation/breaking rule -NO extra guest allowed on the premise, ONLY confirmed guest on the reservations allowed -NO Subletting allowed, $5000 fine for violation -NO Loud Music after 10pm, $2000 fine -Shoes off inside to keep the level of cleanliness we try to sustain for current and future guests. Any shoes worn inside and extra cleaning needed will be an extra charge. No exceptions, $500 for excess sand/cleaning fee. -Please LIFT your suitcases and DON’T roll them on the floors. The floors easily very scratches and we don’t want to have to charge anyone for damages. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation for any inconvenience. We just want everyone else to enjoy the same condition when you arrive to when you depart:) -No Services Allowed -Please come to enjoy. The neighbors are friendly. But any complaints/nuisance from neighbors will not be tolerated and subject to penalty and automatic eviction. This is a highly desirable and quiet/peaceful local residential neighborhood. We want to keep it that way and respect the community by not disturbing their way of life. -Rooftop area closes at 10pm sharp, no exceptions. Security guard will start to close it down around 9:30ish. Please follow rules/hours and respect the on-site manager/maintenance and security guard for everyone’s safety and security. They are just doing their daily jobs. Please clean after yourselves after using pool/bbq/gym area. Any complaints about guest not cleaning up after themselves will be $1000 fine. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please be considerate of the locals space. Locals live in this building full time, it is there home. Come to visit with “ALOHA” spirit (meaning do with love/kindness) and consideration. -NO illegal drugs on premise, no smoking of any sort, no vaping, no-cigarettes use inside/outside premise or common areas at anytime. Management does not tolerate, NO exceptions. Please abide by building rules for a smooth and pleasant stay of everyone. -Maximum 4 guests under reservations and no one outside of guests under reservation allowed in condo/building premise at all times. Violator will be evicted and penalized of $1000. -1 designated parking spot comes with condo. No guest parking. Any violation will be an automatic evictions. -No parties. This is a very quiet building. ANY complaints from neighbors for any gatherings and noise will be an automatic evictions. -NO EXCEPTIONS to our rules for the safety and security of all our guests. Exterior cameras in place by building management all around for the security of local residents and guests. -We like to keep our place clean because that’s how we like it but be forewarned, because you’re on an island and changes in climate (humidity)/elevations, you may sometimes find various bugs, ants, crickets, bees, various insects, mosquitoes, critters and others not mentioned in and around the premise at times. -To maintain the level of cleanliness that we like for all our future guests, when it’s occupied for more than 14 days, we automatically require our place clean every 2 weeks at guests expense at $200/per cleaning, which doesn’t include linens and dishes. General area cleaning. Guest agree to allow housekeeping or management in to access premise when needed with 24 hour notice for any reason with or without guest there without delays. -Guest to accept this is not a hotel but a condominium and sometimes ongoing up keeping of maintenance to building required water shut off for a short period of time anyway from 30 minutes to 2-3 hrs at a time from time to time. Not expected often, but emergency water shut off disruption may occur from time to time unexpectedly. Guests agree to be kind, understand/cooperate to management for any minor inconvenience/disruption it may cause. Guest do not hold host accountable for circumstances out of our control. Building Management usually posts notifications for any maintenance work by elevator vicinity within 24-48 hours notice. ***Alternatively, most guests have also chosen to agree to just send a quick video or photos of each room bi-weekly instead of the extra biweekly cleaning. Again, we are just looking for considerate, kind and honest guests that will take care of our place as we’ve put a lot of love into caring for it. Thank you for helping us keep our place immaculate for others to joy after you after you:) Guests are expected to follow building maintenance rules/regulations at all times. At times, they will post notifications for various things going on and guests are expected to be courteous and comply with building maintenance. We apologize for any last minute notification posted on elevators but this is a residential building and not a hotel but more quaint and cozy for your convenience:) Mahalo!
