You'll be just a short 5 minute walk to our neighborhood family beach, one mile (20 minute walk) to downtown Onset Village where you can find restaurants, shops and ice cream, and less than 10 minute drive to the Bourne Bridge. With a large backyard and spacious back deck, enjoy a cookout after a day at the beach. The house is equipped with window AC units and high speed internet. The space Ideal for small families or traveling couples, the house has two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and window AC unit for added comfort. There is one full bathroom, a common living area with TV and Netflix streaming service, and fully-equipped kitchen with an electric stove, full sized refrigerator, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, utensils and glassware. Please note there is NO formal dining room. There is a breakfast bar with seating for two. Beach and bath towels and bed linens are provided. The grocery store, local fish market and many restaurants are all less than ten minutes away. Beach chairs and beach umbrella are provided for guest use. This house offers the perfect Cape Cod home-away-from-home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property which includes the main level of the house with the convenience of smart locks, and a large back deck and yard. The lower level(basement) is locked and is used for storage and utilities. Enjoy the deck for dining and relaxing, and back yard for outdoor play. There is room in the main driveway to park up to two vehicles. Traveling with a boat or RV? No problem! Contact the host in advance to make arrangements to park your boat or RV in the second driveway. Other things to note There is an open staircase that leads down to the basement. We encourage you to bring a secure gate if traveling with children. We have severe allergies to pet dander. There are no pets allowed in the house or on the property. There are security cameras located on the exterior of the house , but no cameras in the interior of the house. There is a 2 night minimum for booking year-round. In the months of July and August there is a 5 night minimum stay. We offer a 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or longer. Please reach out for stays longer then 14 days
