With three comfortable bedrooms featuring queen-sized beds and plush memory foam mattresses, alongside a spacious living room with a pull-out couch, smart TV, and a generous dining table, there's ample space for everyone to relax and embrace the spirit of aloha. Each room is thoughtfully equipped with its own AC unit and fan to ensure a comfortable stay. Closet space is plentiful, complete with hangers and a laundry basket for your convenience. Our bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials, including soft bath towels, hand towels, and rejuvenating toiletries. A hairdryer is also provided in the hallway closet. Step into our fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find everything you need to prepare delicious island-inspired meals, from plates and utensils to pots and pans. A full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker are available for your use, along with complimentary salt and pepper to enhance your culinary creations. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available free of charge in the back of the home. We've also provided basic cleaning supplies and trash bags to ensure a hassle-free stay. However, we do not provide additional cleaning/house hold supplies beyond what’s already available in the property. Please note that Hawaii's tropical climate may occasionally lead to encounters with insects, lizards, or rodents on our property. Despite our best efforts to maintain a pest-free environment, these occurrences are not uncommon. Please rest assure that we take proactive measures to minimize any inconveniences caused by these creatures during your stay. However, we do not offer refunds for encounters with local wildlife. In the true spirit of aloha, furry friends are welcome, but please note that there is an additional charge for their stay of $7 per pet per day, nonrefundable. An additional $50 per pet per month if the dog is over 20 lbs. As well, please provide your pet’s name, age, breed, weight, and whether they are potty trained and well-behaved. During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom house, along with convenient amenities like the washer and dryer located in the back. To facilitate easy loading and unloading of your belongings, we provide one complimentary parking space right in front of the house. For added convenience, our self-check-in system utilizes a smart lock. You'll receive the PIN code to unlock the door 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time.
