The space Aloha and welcome to our warm and inviting first-floor unit, offering a comfortable retreat for up to 8 guests. This spacious home features three bedrooms with queen-sized beds and plush memory foam mattresses, plus a living room with a pull-out couch, smart TV, and a large dining table—perfect for relaxing and gathering in the spirit of aloha. Each room includes its own AC unit and fan for comfort, along with ample closet space, hangers, and a laundry basket. Bathrooms are stocked with essential toiletries, soft bath towels, and hand towels, and a hairdryer is provided in the hallway closet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils, along with complimentary salt and pepper. For convenience, a washer and dryer are available free of charge in the back of the home, along with basic cleaning supplies and trash bags. Please note that additional household or cleaning supplies are not provided beyond what is available in the unit. Due to Hawaii’s tropical climate, you may occasionally encounter insects or small wildlife such as lizards or rodents despite regular pest control. These are a natural part of island living, and we do not offer refunds for such occurrences. We happily welcome pets with a non-refundable fee of $7 per pet per day, plus $50 per month for dogs over 20 lbs. Please provide your pet’s name, age, breed, weight, and confirmation that they are potty trained and well-behaved, and include all guests and pets in your reservation. During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom house, along with a washer and dryer located in the back for your convenience.
