Reimagined 2 Bdrm 2 Ba penthouse atop quiet cliff, looking over Anini Reef. Hale Mōlī is our paradise away from home, thoughtfully curated w/ furniture & design for luxury at the beach. Designed to bring the nature surrounding into the unit, sounds of ocean fill the space. F5 at Sealodge, a secluded cliff in Princeville has a private entrance & views in every room. Corner unit with AC+ beach trail. Enjoy sunset over Bali Hai, relax on lanai. Great location w/ easy access to all of North Shore. The space Sealodge is one of the most special locations in Princeville, if not the best- this unit, Hale Mōlī (Albatross House) is paradise. The complex is very quiet, no car traffic. Walk to beach right from the unit. Totally new throughout- reimagined with care to be peaceful, relaxing with a touch of luxury- amazing location oceanfront, great ocean views from every room (pictures don't do justice + bonus mountain views out kitchen.. watch sunset over Bali Hai and over the ocean, private front entrance). Very quiet unit. One of the only units with a private entrance- you can't appreciate this enough until you share a walkway with several other units and hear everyone going by. From your front door, enjoy the views of the lush green mountains around you. We have 2 bar stools to enjoy the views. This corner unit, 2 BR, 2 story condo, completely remodeled w/ hard floors, stainless steel appliances(stocked with everything you may want), ceiling fans in all rooms, recess lighting, redone bathrooms, fixtures- rainfall showers, beautiful high end furniture. There are two 10,000 BTU portable AC units. The portable AC units connect to a window- one is in the dining area and one is in the loft bedroom. Please note that the downstairs bedroom does not have an AC. The AC units were added in late 2025, we are aware older reviews mention wanting AC- at that time we didn’t have them. The inside is cozy, luxurious and as amazing as the view- thoughtfully designed to bring the nature around you inside. Tips for enjoying sounds of the ocean waves and the views. Prop the front door screen open and enjoy the trade winds- lounge on the chairs and you’ll feel the amazing views of Bali Hai + the majestic mountains of Kauai out the front door with the ocean on the other side. You’ll see waterfalls dead ahead after rains too and many rainbows! With windows open sounds of the ocean fill the unit. The unit is open, airy, and a beachy haven. Comfortable, high end and modern- every piece of furniture handpicked. The beds (1 king downstairs and your choice a king or 2 full beds in the loft) have ultra comfortable luxurious foam mattresses. There are 4 ceiling fans, 4 portable tower fans- we have 2 portable AC(each has 10,000 BTU’s, one is in the living room and one upstairs bedroom- photos coming). Dining areas outside in the covered lanai, or in the living room both look directly out to the ocean. The upstairs loft has an incredible view out to expansive ocean view. The house is fully stocked so you can enjoy the island: with boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel, games and a cooler. 3 smart TV's are there too if you want them- 1 in downstairs bedroom, 1 in living room, 1 in upstairs bedroom. Bose Sound Bar for bluetooth music. Washer & dryer in unit for your convenience. Every room has a fan to keep the ocean breeze flowing and cool inside on hot days. Step just outside your front door and you will see a path to Sealodge Beach, a 10 minute trek through the jungle to a secluded, picturesque beach. The newly remodeled pool is very close to the unit- but you can’t hear or see it while in the unit. Sealodge is located a quick 5 minutes away from Princeville Shopping Area- grocery store, restaurants; about a 20 minute walk. You can also take a beautiful walk on the path along the coast and down to the beach, about 3 miles round trip. Guest access Guests have the entire condo, in addition there is access to the public grill area, the pool, tropical garden-like grounds and the path to Sealodge beach through the private parking area, just steps from your front door. Other things to note Hale Mōlī was reimagined to feel relaxing, fresh and modern top to bottom with new kitchen, high end bedding- picked out with care, towels, fans and accessories and high end furniture. I host this unit personally, which is our own vacation haven personally- you'll reach me every time you message (no rental companies or third parties). To help you enjoy the island we stock boogie boards, snorkels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, regular umbrellas and a cooler. We provide “mud” towels to help keep our linens clean.
