Chop Wood, Carry Water, Park your RV or car and live in a very basic Tiny House in a very quiet area about a ten minute walk from Fissure 8 in Leilani Estates The space Cozy quiet small cabin with many off grid green accoutrements.. We are rebuilding after the lava flow from Summer of 2018. In the meantime, this is a safe place to camp out, park your vehicle and stay in tiny hut close to Pahoa and Fissure 8 within safe Leilani Estates. Please note. . . this is a basic living situation at the present time -- sort of a hybrid car camping/RV/basic hut sleeping. There is a small basic outhouse and we are working on a shower but for now it is a portable shower. Guest access Access to 2 Acres of Land, Open Private Space for Parking your Vehicle and Enjoying the Peace of Leilani Estates and use of a small electronic-free tiny hut with some portable/solar extras Other things to note Just a tiny hut and lots of land. Please note, there is currently no running water or electricity so this is basically a bring your own water experience. There are plenty of solar lights and an outhouse with composting toilet.
