Guest access -Guests have access to the entire home, balconies, decks and lagoon. -Parking in the driveway for 6 cars Other things to note -No Noise after 10pm as per county ordinance, please be considerate of our neighbors! -We do not offer early check in or late check out as it takes the cleaners the full time to launder all linens and clean the entire home thoroughly -We do not allow pets or additional visitors -Linens and basic toiletries are provided. 2 Towels provided per guest, 1 Beach and 1 Bath Towel, extra linens are stored in the Crab Room. -Hand Soap, Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash provided in all bathrooms except outdoor shower. We use all natural, locally and sustainably sourced soaps and household goods from Good Buy Supply in Philadelphia -Extra blankets and Pillows are stored in the bedroom closets and in couch ottomans -The crib in the crab room can be converted to a toddler bed with the conversion kit under the bed -Crib sheets are not provided -Starter supply of Toilet Paper, Dish-soap, Laundry Detergent and Paper towels are provided -Fire pit is available in the back yard, firewood is not provided -Family Amenities include: children’s bath mat & baby bath, bottle warmer & Sterilizer, dish basin and drying rack, high-chair, 2 full size cribs, pack-n-play, room darkening curtains, baby gate, baby monitor, baby walker, children’s dish-ware, step-stools for bathrooms, children’s books, puzzles, toys and games
