Please read this before booking. This is a room in my home. Not an entire place. 15 mins away from Newark Airport, 35-45 mins away from NYC, very close to major highways, shopping malls, Metropark train station to NYC is 8 mins away, neighborhood is peaceful and very safe, Smart 4K TV with subscription to major streaming services at the living room, one HDTV with same subscriptions at your room, water at the entire house is purified, alkaline water available for you to fill out your containers. The space Again, this is a private bedroom in my home, there’s more people living here and you will have access / share / to everything listed here, it is not an entire house for yourself (getting too many people asking that’s why I’m making it clear) Guest access It is a nice place and I love it when my guests enjoy it, just please be kind and respectful, I will notice, appreciate it and will make you feel right at home During your stay I’ll be available for any questions you may have Other things to note Communication is key. I appreciate it when guests tell me what they need or want, also if you need help using anything in the house, please ask me, I will gladly show you. This is a shoes off home, specially late at night, with shoes on, stairs can get really loud, and please be respectful, you are coming to someone’s home.
