Other things to note This property has two units on the lot. However the only shared area is the laundry room. Each unit has dedicated parking and separate outdoor entertainment space. We ask guests in front unit to be respectful of your area when accessing laundry room. Air-conditioning is comprised of window units in both bedrooms and one in the common area. Cottage is not insulated. There is floorboard heating on the downstairs level. We also provide electric blankets and a space heater. Additionally you have the option to cancel up to 5 days before the time for a full refund if the temperatures are unseasonably low.
