Other things to note The community pool is not heated, so it can feel chilly during winter months, but the spa/jacuzzi is heated and features soothing jets for your comfort. The sun’s warmth usually makes the pool refreshing when it’s shining. The A/C is set to a minimum of 74°F to balance comfort and energy use. During cooler months, opening windows at night can help cool the condo naturally and keep costs down. If you’d like the temperature set lower, a $25/day fee applies upon request. Ceiling fans throughout the condo, plus additional floor fans, help keep the space comfortable and breezy. To help ensure all amenities are available and the property is well-maintained for every guest, we have a motion-activated camera in the garage and a Ring doorbell at the front entrance.
