The space This charming guest suite seamlessly blends classic architecture with contemporary design. Featuring an open floor plan, abundant natural light, and warm oak flooring, the space offers both comfort and elegance. The spacious master bedroom is a tranquil sanctuary, complete with an adjustable king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The living area boasts a vaulted ceiling, adjustable LED lighting, a large smart TV, and high-end furniture, providing stunning views while you relax, dine, or enjoy a drink. While the suite does not have a full kitchen, it is equipped with a fridge, microwave, Keurig, electric kettle, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. The climate-controlled space features a built-in air exchanger for continuous fresh air circulation. Step outside onto your private patio, complete with a gazebo with a propane fireplace, where you can unwind in the serene surroundings. Large windows offer breathtaking views of fields and forests, often visited by deer, turkey, foxes, and a variety of birds. For outdoor enthusiasts, our 65+ acres of private meadows and forests feature hiking and mountain biking trails, with direct access to Cormier Woods and Meadowbrook Woods. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire 1,000 sq. ft. addition, including the back porch, backyard, private parking area, and full forest trail network. Please note that while the woods and trails are private, they are occasionally visited by neighbors, hikers, and bikers so it is not uncommon to see another person. Enjoy the backfield camp area, a perfect spot to unwind in nature. Whether relaxing indoors or exploring the scenic trails, guests have plenty of space to enjoy their stay. Other things to note Guests are welcome to bring mountain bikes, e-bikes, or a golf cart (camp cart) for use on the property with advance notice. The suite does not have a full kitchen, but it includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, electric kettle, dishes, glasses, and cutlery for your convenience. The grill is season dependent - will not be available through Late Fall / Winter months No open fires are permitted. Our property borders a beautiful cow farm with over 20 livestock and 200+ chickens, offering a true rural experience. However, being in farm country also means sharing the outdoors with nature—including insects! At certain times of the year, black flies, May flies, and other bugs can be plentiful. We recommend bringing bug spray, face nets, and long-sleeve shirts to stay comfortable while enjoying the property. Plan accordingly for the season, and embrace the beauty of nature with a little extra preparation!
