The open bay is right across the street with a beautiful breakfast place overlooking it. Pool and deck is great for summer days. It's a 1 bed 1 futon Everything in apartment is pretty much brand new. We keep everything very clean and fresh. Guest can access the pool, deck, outside shower, grill and the bikes to roam around town. I'm always in town so any questions or problems I will be there to help you immediately. Right across the street from the open bay. Directly across the street is the dock outfitters. Great for breakfast/lunch. Also can rent boats,waverunners, fishing stuff. And you can crab or fish right off the dock. And 3 blocks the other way is the famous seaside heights boardwalk. The location is perfect 👍🏻 We have plenty of free parking unlike other air bb in seaside. We are very lucky with plenty of free parking. You can walk anywhere you want to go. Or you can use the bikes on the property. Everything is walking distance. House has security cameras all over the outside so we keep everyone very safe. From May-October cleaning fee is $130
