Absolutely no smoking or illegal substances on the property. Railroad nearby - occasional noise from railroad. Wildlife frequently pass through the property. Wildlife includes, but not limited to, Bear (Grizzly and Black), Elk, Moose, Deer (Whitetail and Mule), Eagles (Bald and Golden), Turkey, Raccoon, Skunk, Martin, and other local animals. This area gets several feet of snow during winter months.
