Our OCEAN VIEW condo is located in the Pinnacle building with direct access to the beach, ocean-front pool, and the spa. The building also offers an exercise room, sauna, steam room, showers, changing rooms and a brand new kids playroom Located on 17 acres of prime ocean front property, Seapointe Village is a one-of-a-kind on NJ shore. Our ocean view condo is a full size 1 bedroom 2 full bathrooms apartment with a balcony. As our guests you will enjoy all of the amenities of Seapointe Village. The space We have a 1 bed and 2 bath condo that comfortably sleeps 4.  Our beautifully appointed condo offers a private ocean view balcony with panoramic view of the community. All new easy to clean floorings are to ensure that our guests with allergies can rest easy.  Come stay with us in the summer or escape for a long weekend in the spring, fall or winter - we are open all year for short term rentals. Long term rentals are considered and off-season only. The unit offers 1 queen size bed and 1 bunk bed with 2 twin size beds in a bedroom; 1 - queen size pullout couch in a living room; full kitchen w/dishwasher, stackable washer/drier, dining area and a private furnished balcony. Guest access We are located in a gated community with secured access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once you come into the resort, you will have to enter through another secured building to get to our condo which have a private lock on. Other things to note About the owner: I have been a proud owner at Seapointe for over 25 years.  Seapointe has always been a special place to me as it is where we have vacationed as a family since my children were babies and we have built so many happy memories at the beach here.  Over the years, we have been able to enjoy our home and share it with other families to enjoy as well.  At Seapointe, my commitment to you is that I will do everything I can to ensure that your stay with us is enjoyable and comfortable.  We have a 5 star rating and a strong rental history - all of which is attributed to our commitment to our guests.
